摘　　要：针对地下工程渗漏、结露、潮湿及发霉等问题,介绍、分析低电压多脉冲抗渗除湿防霉技术的原理、应用范围、系统组成及技术参数,阐述系统设计要点和施工安装要点、市场前景。With regard to the problems existing in underground projects such as seepage,condensation,moisture and mildew, etc. this paper analyzes and introduces the principle, application scope, system composition and technical parameters of low-voltage multi-pulse anti-seepage,moisture-proof and anti-mildew technology, and explains the key points of system design,key points of construction and installation,and market prospect.
