摘 要:以2002-2020年WOS(Web of Science)数据库核心合集中收录的123篇跨境物流文献为数据基础,借助文献可视化软件CiteSpace和文献计量学方法,对跨境物流的现状、热点和趋势进行可视化知识图谱分析。研究发现,该领域的学术研究处于稳定健康发展的阶段,没有形成稳定的核心期刊群,研究作者和机构的交流合作亟待加强;“跨境电商”“跨境物流新发展”“跨境物流供应链”等成为热点主题,新增关键词包括“全球化”“大数据”“风险”等;“物联网”“区块链”“互联网+”等信息技术的应用将是未来跨境物流的发展趋势。Based on the data of 123 cross-border logistics-related documents collected in the core collection of WOS(Web of Science)from 2002 to 2020,with the help of document visualization software CiteSpace and bibliometric methods,the visualized knowledge graph of the current status,hot spots and trends of cross-border logistics is analyzed.The study found that academic research in this field is in a stage of stable and healthy development,and a stable core journal group has not been formed;the exchanges and cooperation between research authors and institutions need to be strengthened;“cross-border e-commerce”“new development of cross-border logistics”“cross-border logistics supply chain”have become hot topics,and new keywords include“globalization”“big data”“risk”,etc.;“Internet of Things”“blockchain”“Internet+”and other information technology applications will be the development trend of cross-border logistics in the future.
