基于ANP方法的第三方冷链物流服务商的选择研究

摘　　要：利用ANP方法和SD软件,结合经济性、硬件水平、软件水平和发展潜力四个大指标,制定了12个不同的小指标。通过研究调查小指标之间的关系以及他们对于冷链物流的供应商选择的影响,依据内部联系和影响关系,依次给出未加权超矩阵、加权超矩阵、极限超矩阵以及通过带入相关指标得到最后的环图,以环图为结果,得到冷链物流供应商的选择模型。通过这一研究,发现对冷链物流供应商选择影响最大的五个指标分别为冷库能力、冷链技术、公司信誉、资产规模和创新能力。以上研究结果可以帮助企业更简单、系统且有依据地选择第三方冷链物流企业,并且研究结果可应用于冷链物流管理的优化中。Using the ANP method and SD software,combined with four major indicators of economy,hardware level,saftware level and development potential,12 small indicators were formulated.By studying and investigating the relationship between the small indicators and their influence on the selection of cold chain logistics suppliers,the limit hypermatrix and ring diagram are given,and the selection model of cold chain logistics suppliers is obtained.Through this research,it is found that the five indicators that have the greatest impact on the selection of cold chain logistics suppliers are cold storage capacity,cold chain technology,company reputation,asset size and innovation ability.The research results can help companies choose third-party cold chain logistics companies more simply and systematically,and optimize logistics supply chain management.
