摘　　要：文中所举例物流企业为大型装备制造企业集团中的物流供应链整合试点类项目,由于所获得的结论源自对项目运作过程中的具体事例做的深入分析,因此能够为管理者提供一定的决策支持,且具有一定的借鉴意义。文中就物流企业仓储能力规划与资源分配相关问题的研究现状进行了深入分析,阐述了问题解决的理论基础,并提出了几点问题解决策略,希望为同行业工作者提供一些帮助。The logistics enterprises adduced in this paper are the logistics supply chain integration pilot project of a large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise group and the conclusion is obtained from the in-depth analysis based on specific examples in the project operation process which can provide managers with certain decision-making support,and has a certain reference significance.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the research status of warehousing capacity standardization and resource allocation in logistics enterprises,expounds the theoretical basis for solving the problems,and puts forward several problem-solving strategies,hoping to provide some help to the workers in the same industry.
