摘 要:随着新冠疫情的爆发,城市医疗机构的废弃物处理能力大多处于饱和或超负荷状态,相关话题也逐渐受到社会重视。医疗废弃物大多有一定的感染性和危害性,倘若处理不当,很容易造成感染或破坏环境。文中将医废的处理过程分为前端、中端、后端三个部分,运用EIQ分析法,通过研究城市医废逆向物流的开展现状,分析现存问题并探求其优化措施,以供我国医疗业、物流业以及相关企业参考。医废逆向物流系统的高效运行离不开多方紧密合作,尽快建立信息化检测平台,降低运营成本,使物流过程专业化、高效化,应是未来城市建设努力的方向。With the outbreak of COVID-19,most of the waste disposal capacity of urban medical institutions is saturated or overloaded,and related topics have gradually drawn attention from the society.Most of the medical waste is infectious and harmful to a certain extent.If not handled properly,it is easy to cause infection or damage the environment.In this paper,the treatment process of medical waste is divided into three parts:front end,middle end and back end.Using EIQ analysis method,this paper studies the development status of urban medical waste reverse logistics,analyzes the existing problems and explores the optimization measures,so as to provide a reference for China s medical industry,logistics industry and related enterprises.The efficient operation of the medical waste reverse logistics system is inseparable from the close cooperation of various parties.It should be the direction of future urban construction to establish an information detection platform,reduce operating costs,and make the logistics process professional and efficient as soon as possible.
