摘　　要：传统的口腔医学本科教育重视口腔基本病症的诊断与治疗,忽略了新兴学科、交叉学科的教育,导致口腔医学本科人才培养普遍存在过于专业化、知识面单一的问题。广州医科大学口腔医学院结合“创新实验”课程,开展多学科交叉口腔医学本科生创新人才培养模式的教学改革。采取科研导师制,建立多学科交叉人才培养平台,推动口腔医学创新型人才培养。Traditional stomatology undergraduate education attaches great importance to the diagnosis and treatment of basic oral diseases,ignoring the education of emerging disciplines and interdisciplinary subjects,which leads to the problems of over-specialization and single knowledge in the training of stomatology undergraduates.The School of Stomatology of Guangzhou Medical University combines the"innovative experiment"course to carry out the teaching reform of the innovative talent training mode for multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary stomatology undergraduates.Adopt the scientific research tutor system,establish a multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary talent training platform,and promote the training of innovative talents in stomatology.
