摘　　要：近年来多学科会诊的医疗方式在综合医院疑难病情患者的诊治中起到了极其有效且重要的作用,为了推动多学科会诊工作模式随医疗效率和质量需求的提高而不断发展,创新性地构建了一种基于信息化数字平台的综合医院多学科会诊工作模式,包括数字化的会诊预约、会诊协调管理、会诊患者数据分析等,并接入医院全局平台管理系统,实现多部门联合一体化的多学科会诊预约、就诊、治疗、管理全流程。泰安市中心医院多学科会诊信息化工作模式的实践与成功运行为未来综合医院进一步发展科学高效的多学科会诊工作及管理体系提供了重要的实践经验。该文详细介绍该工作模式及相应的多学科会诊数字化管理系统。In recent years,the medical method of multidisciplinary consultation has played an extremely effective and important role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with difficult diseases in general hospitals.In order to promote the continuous development of multidisciplinary consultation work mode with the improvement of medical efficiency and quality requirements,innovative comprehensive hospital multidisciplinary consultation work mode based on an information digital platform is constructed,including digital consultation reservation,consultation coordination management,consultation patient data analysis,etc.,and is connected to the hospital's global platform management system to achieve multi-departmental integration.The whole process of multidisciplinary consultation appointment,treatment,treatment and management.The practice and successful operation of the multidisciplinary consultation informatization work model in Tai'an Central Hospital provides important practical experience for the further development of scientific and efficient multidisciplinary consultation work and management system in general hospitals in the future.This paper introduces the working mode and the corresponding digital management system of multidisciplinary consultation in detail.
