摘  要:目的了解医院党史学习教育现状,探索党史学习教育存在的不足,为下一步开展党史学习教育提供建议。方法于2021年2—5月设计党史知识问卷,以某三甲医院77个在职职工党支部的231名党员代表(每个支部选出3名党员)为研究对象发放问卷,开展问卷调研。结果不同学历、年龄的党员代表得分情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各党支部中,得分由高到低依次为职能党支部、医技党支部、临床党支部,不同党支部得分情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过有针对性地深入开展党史学习教育,能提高党员的理论知识水平,夯实党建业务工作理论功底,结合学科建设、高质量发展,开拓进取,严守初心,践行使命。Objective To understand the current situation of party history learning and education in hospitals,explore the shortcomings of party history learning and education,and provide suggestions for the next step in party history learning and education.Methods From February to May 2021,a questionnaire on party history knowledge was designed.Questionnaires were distributed to 231 representatives of party members(each branch elected 3 party members)from 77 in-service employee party branches in a tertiary hospital.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of party member representatives with different educational backgrounds and ages(P>0.05).In each party branch,the scores from high to low were functional party branch,medical technology party branch,and clinical party branch,and there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of different party branches(P<0.05).Conclusion By carrying out targeted and in-depth study and education of party history,the theoretical knowledge level of party members can be improved,and the theoretical foundation of party building business work can be consolidated,combining discipline construction and high-quality development,pioneering and enterprising,strictly adhering to the original intention,and fulfilling the mission.
