摘　　要：江苏党组织成立地旧址是珍贵的文化遗产和革命遗产,进行保护性旅游开发不仅能促进旧址保护工作,提升旧址的知名度和美誉度,还可以带动当地经济发展,提高当地人民生活水平。江苏党组织成立地旧址的保护性旅游开发可以采取以下基本策略:健全保护机制,明确管理职责;提高重视程度,统筹规划布局;挖掘文化内涵,开发文创产品;扩大融资渠道,加大资金投入;实施传播工程,创新宣传机制;实施品牌战略,打造知名景区。在开发模式上,江苏各地可以借鉴国内革命旧址保护性旅游开发的成功经验,采用休闲红色旅游度假区、生态农业红色文旅区、红色文化体验园、党建文化主题公园、红色文化创意集聚区等基本模式。The former sites of the founding of the CPC in Jiangsu province are parts of our precious cultural heritage and revolutionary heritage.The protective tourism development of the former sites can not only promote their protection,popularity and reputation,but also drive the local economic development and improve the living standards of the local people.The protective tourism development of the former sites of the CPC in Jiangsu may take the following basic strategies:improving the protection mechanism and clarify the management responsibilities;Paying more attention and making overall planning and layout;Excavating cultural connotation and developing cultural and creative products;Expanding financing channels and increasing capital investment;Implementing the communication project and innovating the publicity mechanism;Implementing brand strategy and building famous scenic spots.In terms of development mode,all parts of Jiangsu can learn from the successful experiences of protective tourism development of domestic revolutionary sites and adopt basic modes such as leisure red tourism resort,ecological agricultural red cultural tourism area,red culture experience park,CPC cultural theme park and creativity gathering area of red culture.
