摘　　要：孟称舜是晚明剧坛上的一颗明星,其传奇创作在思想和艺术上取得了巨大成就。他的代表作《娇红记》艺术上最大的成功之处,乃是巧于“传情”。该剧明确提出了现代观念色彩的恋爱观,并以出人意料的结局深化了主题。他著作丰富,有昆腔传奇、南杂剧、诗文、戏曲点评和史论行世。他在戏曲创作理论上颇有造诣,在推动戏曲理论发展方面做出了很大贡献。MENG Chengshun was a star in the late Ming opera world,whose legendary creation has made great achievements in terms of thought and art. The greatest success of his masterpiece,Story of Jiaohong,lies in the skill of “emotion expressing”,through which he clearly put forward a modern concept of love, and deepened the theme with an unexpected ending. His abundant creations include Legends of Kunqu Opera, Southern Zaju,Poetry,Opera Commentaries and Historical Commentaries. He is quite accomplished in the theory of opera creation and has made great contributions to the development of the theory of opera.
