摘　　要：目的了解住培学员的心理压力现状,为提高本地区住培学员的心理压力水平提供参考。方法以某地级市国家级住培基地住培学员为研究对象,研究时间为2020年9—12月,主要采用问卷调查法进行研究。结果就业压力占比最高,达87.54%,其次是学习压力和工作压力,分别占比65.48%和50.53%,其中住培二年级和三年级更明显。第三是经济压力和情感压力,分别占比49.82%和36.30%,其中男性学员占比偏高,且在未婚有恋人的男性学员中占比更为明显。结论住培学员心理压力问题明显,住培基地应采取积极措施应对住培学员的心理压力问题。Objective To understand the psychological stress of standardized training for residents(STR),and provide a reference for improving the mental health of the STR.Methods STR during the training period in a prefecture-level national resident standardized training base were taken as the research objects,from September to December 2020.The main research is questionnaire survey.Results The highest pressure was employment pressure,reaching 87.54%,the second one was study stress and work stress,which accounted for 65.48%and 50.53%respectively,and the third one was economic stress and emotional stress,which accounted for 49.82%and 36.30%respectively.Conclusion The psychological stress problems of STR are obvious.The standardized training bases should take active measures to deal with the psychological stress problems of STR.
