摘　　要：目的探讨操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在小儿泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月至2019年12月苏州大学附属儿童医院76名小儿外科住院医师为研究对象,2018年1月之后采用DOPS形成性评价的44名作为试验组,之前未采用DOPS形成性评价的32名作为对照组,试验组和对照组的培训教师和培训内容均相同。规范化培训结束前应用迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)对学员的临床操作进行效果评价。采用SPSS 22.0统计学软件对相关数据进行统计分析。结果试验组医师Mini-CEX考试的整体表现评分(6.55±0.95)分高于对照组(5.91±1.00)分,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用DOPS形成性评价可以提高小儿泌尿外科规范化培训医师的Mini-CEX考试成绩,提高小儿泌尿外科规范化培训医师实际临床操作能力,改善小儿泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训的效果。Objective To explore the effect of direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in standardized training of pediatric urology residents.Methods A total of 76 pediatric surgical residents in Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from July 2015 to December 2019 were selected.After January 2018,44 patients in the formative assessment of DOPS were used as the experimental group,while 32 patients in the former were not used as the control group.The training teachers and training contents of the experimental group and the control group were the same.Before the end of the standardized training,the miniclinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)was used to evaluate the effect of the trainees’clinical skills.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results The score of Mini-CEX in the experimental group(6.55±0.95)was higher than that in the control group(5.91±1.00),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of DOPS formative evaluation can improve the results of Mini-CEX of the pediatric urology residents in training,improve the practical clinical manipulation ability of residents in training,and improve the effect of the standardized training of the pediatric urology residents.
