针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年8月北京市丰台区铁营医院接收的乳腺增生患者80例,按电脑数字表法随机分为两组,对照组40例予以消癖汤治疗,观察组40例采用针灸联合消癖汤治疗,对比两组的乳房肿块与疼痛变化情况、全身伴随症状评分、影像学评分、激素水平。结果:观察组治疗后的乳房肿块、疼痛评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的月经异常、烦躁易怒、两胁胀满、腰膝酸软评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的超声影像学评分、病灶彩色多普勒血流显像评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)水平比对照组高,雌二醇(E_(2))水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生可有效缓解患者乳房肿块与疼痛症状、全身伴随症状,促进乳腺肿块缩小,并进一步改善患者激素水平。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Method:A total of 80 patients with breast hyperplasia were admitted to Fengtai District Tieying Hospital,Beijing from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method,40 cases in the control group were treated with Xiaopi Decoction,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with Xiaopi Decoction.The breast lumps and pain changes,systemic accompanying symptoms scores,imaging scores,and hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Result:In the observation group,the breast lump and pain scores after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of abnormal menstruation,irritability,fullness of both flanks and waist and knees after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the ultrasound imaging score and lesion color Doppler blood flow imaging score after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and progesterone(P)after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol(E_(2))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia can effectively relieve the symptoms of breast lumps and pain,and systemic accompanying symptoms,promote the reduction of breast lumps,as well as further improve the hormone levels of patients.
