中医护理在肝衰竭患者的应用进展

摘　　要：肝衰竭发病急且进展快,是临床较为常见危重症之一,有较高的病死率。肝衰竭的发生和肠道菌群紊乱、肠源性内毒素血症有密切关系,其在发生时,还会引发多种严重并发症,危害了患者的健康的同时也对患者的生命造成了威胁。在祖国医学中,肝衰竭属于“瘟黄”“黄疸-急黄”的范畴,通常认为该疾病的发生是患者外感湿热之邪和内部湿热相搏,淤热胶结所致。对于肝衰竭患者,临床通常对患者实施常规护理干预,但常规护理干预不能满足患者的护理需求,随着中医对肝衰竭研究的不断深入,中医护理在肝衰竭患者的护理中的应用也越来越广泛。本文主要对中医护理在肝衰竭患者护理中的应用进展进行综述,以便为肝衰竭的临床护理提供借鉴。Liver failure develops rapidly and progresses rapidly,is one of the common critical diseases with high mortality.The occurrence of liver failure is closely related to intestinal flora disorder and enterogenous endotoxemia.When it occurs,it will also lead to a variety of serious complications,which not only endanger the health of patients,but also threaten the life of patients.In traditional Chinese medicine,liver failure belongs to the category of “plague yellow” and “jaundice-acute yellow”.It is generally considered that the occurrence of the disease is caused by the evil of external damp heat and internal damp heat,heat cementation.For patients with liver failure,routine nursing intervention is usually implemented in clinic,but routine nursing intervention can not meet the nursing needs of patients.With the deepening of traditional Chinese medicine research on liver failure,traditional Chinese medicine nursing is more and more widely used in the nursing of patients with liver failure.This paper mainly summarizes the application progress of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the nursing of patients with liver failure,so as to provide reference for the clinical nursing of liver failure.
