辽派中医姚氏儿科清润流派疗法在小儿慢性咳嗽治疗中的应用体会

摘　　要：国家级名老中医姚晶莹教授为辽派中医儿科清润流派创立者。通过多年的临床总结与观察,其主张治疗儿童疾病时皆须考虑其“阳常有余,阴常不足”的生理学特征,阴不足则易生内热耗阴液。故善用清润疗法防治儿童阴虚内热诸症,经验丰富,效果明显。龙旭浩教授跟随姚晶莹教授学习多年,传承清润疗法,应用姚老经验方治疗小儿慢性咳嗽(阴虚内热证)颇有体会。笔者在跟随导师龙旭浩教授及儿科团队各位老师跟诊学习中,对姚老清润疗法在慢性咳嗽治疗中的应用深有体会,现从上气道咳嗽综合征、感染后咳嗽、咳嗽变异性哮喘此三个典型儿童慢性咳嗽病症,浅析清润疗法在小儿慢性咳嗽阴虚内热证治疗中的应用。YAO Jingying,a national famous old Chinese medicine doctor,is the founder of the Qingrun School of Pediatrics of the Liao School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Through years of clinical summary and observation,he advocates that the physiological characteristics of“more Yang than usual and insufficient Yin”should be considered in the treatment of children’s diseases.Therefore,making good use of Qingrun therapy to prevent and treat the symptoms of Yin deficiency and internal heat in children has rich experience and obvious effect.LONG Xuhao has studied with YAO Jingying for many years,inherits the Qingrun therapy,and applies YAO Lao’s experience formula to treat chronic cough(yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome)in children.The author has a deep understanding of the application of YAO Laoqingrun therapy in the treatment of chronic cough during the follow-up study with the tutor LONG Xuhao and the teachers of the pediatric team.Asthma,three typical chronic cough symptoms in children,analyzes the application of Qingrun therapy in the treatment of chronic cough with Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome in children.
