中西医结合预防心房颤动射频消融术后复发的研究进展

摘　　要：心房颤动是临床最常见的快速型心律失常,常伴有脑卒中、心力衰竭等并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前射频消融术已被接受作为症状性心房颤动患者的一线治疗方式,但术后根据个体差异不同有一定的复发风险,且西药预防射频消融术后复发存在一定的局限性。现代中医学发展迅速,在心悸病的治疗中体现出了独特的优势,作者就中西医结合预防心房颤动射频消融术后复发的研究进展进行了综述。Atrial fibrillation is the most common clinical tachyarrhythmia,often accompanied by complications such as stroke and heart failure,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.At present,radiofrequency ablation has been accepted as the first-line treatment for symptomatic Atrial fibrillation patients,but there is a certain risk of recurrence depending on individual differences after surgery,and western medicine has certain limitations in preventing recurrence after radiofrequency ablation.The rapid development of modern Chinese medicine has shown its unique advantages in the treatment of heart palpitations.This article summarizes the research progress on the prevention of recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation by integrating Chinese and Western medicine.
