摘 要:疫情爆发以来,航空物流企业遭受了严峻的考验,要想在后疫情时代错综复杂的环境下实现快速成长,必须运用平衡计分卡,绘制战略地图,构建航空物流生态系统。文章以后疫情时代为研究背景,从平衡计分卡和战略地图的内涵诠释出发,针对航空物流企业的战略态势及战略地图的应用思路进行了深入的分析;进而结合我国航空物流发展的实际情况,从财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长四个维度制定后疫情时代航空物流企业快速成长的战略地图;最后,在此基础上,提出构建航空物流生态系统的最高目标与战略框架。Since the outbreak of the epidemic,aviation logistics enterprises have been severely tested.In order to achieve rapid growth in the complex environment in the post epidemic era,these enterprises must use the balanced scorecard to draw a strategy map and build an aviation logistics ecosystem.Taking the post epidemic era as the research background,starting from the connotation interpretation of balanced scorecard and strategy map,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the strategic situation of aviation logistics enterprises and the ideas of applying strategy map;combined with the actual situation of China's aviation logistics development,this paper formulates the strategy map of the rapid growth of aviation logistics enterprises in the post epidemic era from the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal process,learning and growth;Finally,on this basis,this paper puts forward the highest goal and strategic framework of building aviation logistics ecosystem.
