摘 要:简统化接触网定位器在设计之初就注重优化结构设计,通过铰链结构改进定位器耐磨性,增大抬升量校验以提升安全性。对简统化接触网定位器与传统定位器的结构进行对比分析,结合京沈客运专线综合试验检测成果,从弓网受流性能、安全性等方面对新型定位器进行试验验证和研究分析,结果表明:简统化接触网定位器受电弓包络线适应性好、满足安全冗余要求、符合弓网受流性能要求,达到了设计预期目标,为进一步深化接触网简统化相关技术研究、提升接触网系统整体性能提供了技术支撑。Since the early design stage,attention has been paid to optimizing the structural design of simplified and standardized OCS steady arm.The wear resistance of the steady arm is improved by adopting hinge structure and the calibration of uplift is increased to improve safety.The paper compares and analyses the structure of this OCS steady arm and conventional steady arm.In light of testing and inspection results of Beijing-Shenyang High Speed Railway,proof tests and research are carried out for the new steady arm,in terms of current collection performance,safety,etc.The results show that the kinematisc envelope of pantograph has good adaptability,meets the requirements of reliability redundancy as well as pantograph-catenary current collection performance,and achieves the expected design goals,which provides technical support for further research on relevant technologies of OCS simplification&standardization and improvement of the overall OCS system performance.
