摘  要:新建南昌经景德镇至黄山铁路跨越昌江桥梁为(90+200+90)m预应力混凝土连续刚构拱桥,主梁采用挂篮悬臂浇筑施工。对我国部分铁路连续刚构拱桥拱肋施工方案进行研究,在此基础上制定“桥面矮支架拼装+整体竖转就位”和“桥面矮支架拼装+跨中拱肋整体提升”2种拱肋施工方案。经有限元分析计算,对2种拱肋施工方案的条件、工期、用钢量等进行对比。结果表明,“桥面矮支架拼装+跨中拱肋整体提升”的施工方案可满足工程结构安全和工期要求。The bridge crossing the Changjiang River on the new Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan HSR is a(90+200+90)meter prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame arch bridge.The main girder concrete is placed by using form travelers and cantilevers.The arch ribs construction scheme of some continuous rigid frame arch bridges on railways in China is studied.On this basis,two options for arch rib construction scheme are developed:assembly of deck short supports+overall vertical swing;assembly of deck short supports+overall lifting of midspan arch ribs.Through finite element analysis and calculation,the two options are compared in terms of conditions,construction period,and steel consumption.The result shows that the construction option of“assembly of deck short supports+overall lifting of midspan arch ribs”can meet the requirements concerning structural safety and the construction period.
