摘 要:铁路道口是事故易发地段,是铁路运输安全的薄弱环节。我国铁路境外项目中铁路道口很多,用户运营需求与我国不完全一致。梳理英国铁路道口的运营需求及配置,分析影响铁路道口的系统配置关键问题,并分析中英铁路道口的系统配置差异及原因。根据研究结果,提出我国境外项目铁路道口控制系统设计建议:通过对比研究得出以下结论:我国铁路境外项目中,铁路道口的系统配置应以研究铁路道口运输需求为基础,对我国现有铁路道口的控制系统进行适应性改造,提高系统自动化程度,并结合当地公路交通要求及项目正线信号系统制式进行设计。Railway crossings are accident-prone zones and weak links in railway transport safety.There are many railway crossings in China’s overseas railway projects and the operation requirements of users are not completely consistent with those in China.The paper studies the operation requirements and configuration of railway crossings in the UK,analyses the key problems affecting the system configuration of railway crossings and the differences in system configuration between China and the UK as well as the causes.According to research results,the paper proposes some suggestions on control system design for railway crossings of China’s overseas projects.Through comparative study,the following conclusions are drawn:In China’s overseas railway projects,the system configuration of railway crossings shall be based on the transport requirements,the existing control system of railway crossings in China should be adapted to improve the automaticity of the system,and the design shall be carried out in combination with the local highway traffic requirements and the signal system standard of the main line.
