摘  要:在全路改造升级为GSM-R通信系统后,基于450 MHz通信传输的危岩落石监测系统的报警信息将无传输通道,在既有条件下,有通过GSM-R网络发送299紧急呼叫、通过公网传输的危岩落石报警系统2种解决方案,但是2种方案都存在问题,为此设计了基于800 MHz通信的列车报警装置。介绍列车报警装置的系统组成、功能实现和关键技术,对发送和解除800 MHz道口报警/施工防护报警并发出声光提示、参数设置、记录存储及查询导出、指示灯显示、日常维护、自检、状态和参数查询、数据管理器等功能进行具体介绍。通过现场测试和试验,装置能够满足铁路运输业务的实际要求,也解决了GSM-R线路下线路障碍报警问题。After the national railway network is upgraded to GSM-R communication system,there will be no transmission channel for the alarm information of dangerous and falling rock monitoring system based on 450 MHz communication transmission.Under the existing conditions,there are two solutions:sending 299 emergency call through GSM-R network or establishing dangerous and falling rock alarm system through public network;however,both solutions have problems.For this purpose,a train alarm device based on 800 MHz communication is designed.This paper introduces the system composition and functions of the device,and specifies the functions of sending and releasing 800 MHz crossing alarm/construction protection alarm,audible and visual alerts,parameter setting,record storage and query export,indicator lamp display,daily maintenance,self-test,status and parameter query,data manager,key technology and so on.According to the field tests and experiments,the device can meet the actual requirements of railway transport,and solve the problem of line obstacle alarm under GSM-R line.
