乡村振兴视域下的大学生就业培养路径研究

摘　　要：社会经济不断进步和产业升级不断发展是实施乡村振兴战略的重要环节,而无论是农业、制造业和服务业都需要大量高校人才的广泛参与,大学生返乡创业、积极投身乡村建设将有助于这一目标的实现。高校实施就业优先战略,提高高职毕业生就业稳定性,使就业这一“最大民生”成为实现乡村振兴的有效手段,助力乡村建设。本文从学校、企业、学生、家庭等四个维度出发,结合高职院校就业现状提出建议,以期保障高职院校毕业生的稳定就业,为乡村振兴提供有力人力支撑。The continuous progress of social economy and persistent industrial upgrading are of crucial importance to the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Both agriculture,manufacturing and service industries require extensive participation of college talents.College students actively participate in rural construction such as returning home to start a business will be conducive to the achievement of the goal.Colleges should take employment as primary consideration,and to improve the employment stability of vocational graduates,so as to make employment-the"greatest livelihood"-an effective means to realize rural revitalization and help rural construction.Discussing from four dimensions of colleges,enterprises,students and families,combined with the current employment situation of vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions in order to ensure the stable employment of vocational college graduates and provide strong human resource guarantees for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
