摘 要:通过IC卡数据分析城市轨道交通客流运行特性,对杭州地铁近一个月的地铁连续刷卡数据进行分析.利用调查数据研究客流出行特征,如高峰小时断面客流量,每小时上下车人数和高峰时段内出行人数,各站点OD,线路换乘人数和换乘比例,线路客流量等,从而分析客流特性指标的方法.结论显示:杭州地铁全网日均出行量约120万人次,其中1号线客流量最大;1,2号线之间的换乘次数最大,平均每日可达到20万人次;建议根据实时统计的进出站客流量,调整发车频次,增加运力等手段避免造成客流量大量积压导致交通瘫痪,为有效进行地铁站的人流疏导做支持.The smart card data of the bus was used to analyze the passenger flow character of the subway.Hangzhou subway was a practical example which included around one-month smart card data.The survey data are used to study the travel characteristics of passenger flow,such as the passenger flow of section in peak hours,the number of people getting on and off the bus per hour,the number of people traveling during peak hours,the OD distribution volume among all the stations,the passenger volume and proportion transferring among different lines,the passenger volume of every line,etc.The passenger flow characteristic index is analyzed.The conclusion showed that the average daily travel volume of Hangzhou metro was about 1.2 million,among which the passenger flow of Line 1 was the largest.The number of transfers between Line 1 and Line 2 was the largest,with an average daily capacity of 200,000 passengers.Based on the statistical analysis of passenger flow,it is suggested to adjust the frequency of departure,increase the capacity and other means to avoid a large backlog of passenger flow resulting in traffic paralysis according to the real-time statistics of the passenger flow getting in and out of the station.These measures can provide support for the effective flow diversion of subway station.
