摘 要:结合防风沙动车组CRH5G及兰新高铁运用特殊性,探讨CRH5转向架的车轮踏面凹磨形成机理.在大风预警机制下采取必要的抗风减灾措施,减轻或消除强横风对车体的扰流效应,尽可能使车体的0.44 Hz横移运动转变为1.2~1.3 Hz侧滚振荡.动态仿真分析表明:经常性横风扰动仅仅是车轮踏面凹磨形成的一个偶然因素,而钢轨轨头打磨修型至60 N处理则是一个不容忽视的次要因素,其消除或削弱因XP55所带来的轮轨关系改进设计技术效果,使磨耗轮轨局部密贴型接触的发生概率增大.考虑到牵引电机体悬及抗侧滚一架二杆两个不利影响因素,即使形成十分轻微的局部密贴型接触,也会因复杂约束奇异性而使轮轨接触关系和转向架对车体接口两大交界面产生愈演愈烈的耦合动力作用.Combined with anti-wind/sand trainset CRH5G and the particular operations and maintenances of Lanzhou-Xinjiang HSR line,the central hollow wear formation of wheel treads is necessary to be explored for CRH5 bogies.Under the strong wind warning mechanism,the necessary measures of wind resistance and disaster reduction should be taken to reduce or eliminate the disturbing effect of strong cross-wind on the carbody,so as to make the 0.44 Hz lateral motions of the carbody be transformed into(1.2-1.3)Hz rolling oscillations as far as possible.The dynamical simulation analyses show that the frequent cross-wind disturbance is only one of the accidental factors in central hollow wear formation of the wheel treads.The grinding transaction of rail head to 60 N is one of the secondary factors that cannot be ignored,which can eliminate or weaken the noticeable technical effects of wheel-rail relationship improved design that are achieved by the XP55 tread selection,and increase the occurrence probability of worn wheel-rail local conformal contacts.Considering the unfavorable influencing factors of under-floor suspensions of traction motors and dual anti-rolling torsion rods per bogie,even if slight local conformal contacts occur,the coupling dynamical interactions will be produced more and more on both main interfaces of wheel-rail contact relations and between the bogie and carbody due to singularity of complex constraint.
