摘 要:基于摆线式永磁齿轮及环板式机械齿轮运行原理,提出一种环板式永磁齿轮(Ring-Plate Permanent Magnet Gear,RPPMG)结构,给出了RPPMG运行原理及结构参数计算方法;建立了RPPMG传动比及其电磁转矩模型,经有限元计算表明,所建模型与有限元计算结果相当,验证了所建模型的正确性;针对RPPMG转臂轴承受交变载荷作用且承载力较大问题,建立了RPPMG不平衡磁拉力计算模型并给出其分布曲线;为进一步提高转矩密度并减小RPPMG所受的不平衡磁拉力,通过控制变量法对RPPMG内、外永磁转子的轭铁厚度、永磁体厚度及最小气隙长度等参数进行了优化,结果表明:在总体积不变条件下,优化后的RPPMG转矩密度为241 kN·m/m^(3),较优化前提高了2.3%,不平衡磁拉力为2.3 kN,较优化前降低了11.1%.Based on the operating principles of cycloid permanent magnet gear and ring-plate mechanical gear,a ring-plate permanent magnet gear(RPPMG)structure is proposed,and the operating principle of the RPPMG and the calculation method of structural parameters are obtained.The RPPMG transmission ratio and its electromagnetic torque model are established,and the calculation of the finite element calculation example shows that the built model is equivalent to the finite element calculation result,which verifies the correctness of the built model.Aiming at the problem of the RPPMG swing arm bearing being subjected to alternating loads and large bearing capacity,a RPPMG unbalanced magnetic force calculation model is established,and its distribution curve is given.In order to increase further the torque density and reduce the unbalanced magnetic force of the RPPMG,the parameters such as the thickness of the yoke and the permanent magnet and the minimum air gap length of the inner and outer permanent magnet rotors of the RPPMG are optimized by the controlled variable method.The results show that under the condition of the same total volume,the optimized RPPMG torque density is 241 kN·m/m^(3) which is 2.3%higher than before optimization,and the unbalanced magnetic force is 2.3 kN which is 11.1%lower than before optimization.
