摘 要:基于超弹性材料结构稳定性差以及面外刚度低等缺陷,研究了一种适用于变后掠翼,能够实现剪切变形的柔性复合蒙皮.以连续梁理论为基础,对蒙皮结构开展了安装模块设计和承载挠度参数化分析.利用ABAQUS软件进行了多组蒙皮的三维建模和有限元分析,仿真结果与理论值对比发现,二者趋势一致,吻合程度高.进一步开展了蒙皮面外弯曲试验测试,结果表明:试验数据与理论值相对误差低于20%,可有效验证所推导理论模型的准确性.Based on the defects of poor structural stability of superelastic materials and low out-of-plane stiffness,a flexible composite skin suitable for variable sweep wings and can achieve shear deformation was studied.Based on the continuous beam theory,the installation module design and the parametric analysis of bearing deflection were carried out on the skin structure.The three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis of multiple groups of skins were carried out using ABAQUS software,and the simulation results were compared with the theoretical values.It is found that the two trends are consistent with high degree of agreement.Furthermore,the out-of-plane bending test of the skin was carried out,and the results show that the relative error between the test data and the theoretical value is less than 20%,which can effectively verify the accuracy of the theoretical model derived.
