摘  要:目的:研究自我图式、营养素养与大学生健康饮食行为的关系,为引导大学生提升自身营养素养提供参考。方法:采用健康饮食自我图式量表、成年人饮食行为量表和营养素养量表对广州市某高校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:相关性分析显示自我图式、营养素养与饮食行为均显著相关(P<0.01),多重线性回归分析显示自我图式(β=7.880,P<0.001)、营养素养(β=0.391,P<0.001)均能显著影响饮食行为,两者分别解释了18.30%和10.70%的饮食行为差异。营养素养在自我图式与健康饮食行为间起部分中介作用,其效应值为0.247,占总效应的17.85%。结论:自我图式和营养素养分别能促进健康饮食行为,具有健康饮食自我图式的大学生营养素养和健康饮食行为表现更优。Objective:To study the relationship between self-schema,nutritional literacy and healthy eating behavior of college students,so as to provide references for guiding college students to improve their own nutritional literacy.Methods:The healthy eating self-schema scale,adult eating behavior scale and nutritional literacy scale were used to investigate college students in a university in Guangzhou.Results:Correlation analysis showed that self-schema,nutritional literacy and eating behavior were significantly correlated(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-schema(β=7.880,P<0.001)and nutritional literacy(β=0.391,P<0.001)could significantly affect eating behavior,explaining 18.30%and 10.70%of the differences in eating behavior respectively.Nutritional literacy partially mediated the effect between self-schema and healthy eating behaviors with an effect value of 0.247,accounting for 17.85%of the total effect.Conclusion:Self-schema and nutritional literacy promote healthy eating behaviors respectively.College students with healthy eating self-schema have better performance in nutritional literacy and healthy eating behaviors.
