摘　　要：为解决航空兵部队在救生装备保障管理工作中操作流程不规范、质量监控不精确、易发生人为差错等问题,文中设计开发一种航空救生装备保障管理系统。首先对系统进行整体分析,提出系统的设计目标、功能需求和性能要求,并通过比较B/S和C/S两种主流软件设计思路的优劣,选择采用C/S模式对系统的体系结构、硬件的系统架构和软件的系统平台进行设计;然后对系统内装备管理、视频摄录、资料调阅和数据管理等各主要功能模块进行设计开发;最后以阻力伞包装的管理过程为例进行全程演示。某区域方向内多个航空兵部队的实践应用结果表明,文中管理系统具有实际可用性和可信性,能有效提升部队航空救生装备保障建设水平,可为提高航空装备管理质量和效益提供有利支撑。A set of aviation lifesaving equipment support management system is designed and developed to improve the nonstandard operating procedures,inaccurate quality control and prone to human errors in the maintenance and management of lifesaving equipment of air units. The overall is analyzed,and the design goals,functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are proposed. By comparing the pros and cons of the mainstream software design ideas of B/S and C/S,the C/S model is selected to design the system structure,the system architecture of the hardware and the system platform of the software. The main functional modules in the system such as equipment management,video recording,data access and data management are designed and developed. The management process of drag umbrella packaging is used as example to demonstrate the whole process. After the practical application of multiple aviation units in a certain area,the results show that,the proposed management system has the actual usability and credibility,can effectively improve the level of military aviation lifesaving equipment support and construction,and can provide favorable support to improve the quality and efficiency of aviation equipment management.
