专用网络中统一通信服务平台设计

摘　　要：统一通信系统将语音、传真、多媒体和数据等所有信息类型合为一体,使用户可以利用一个统一的平台进行自由和高效的通信,以方便用户使用并丰富其体验。随着信息化的发展,专用网络用户对通信手段与通信业务类型的需求也越来越多样化,对统一通信的需求愈发迫切。针对专用网络的特点,提出了在专用网络中引入统一通信服务平台的整体架构及主要处理流程,并介绍了一种基于该平台架构的统一通信服务平台典型应用。实践表明,该统一通信服务平台具有较好的开放性与可扩展性,能够在专用网络中快速引入并提供统一通信服务。Unified communication system integrates all types of information,such as voice,fax,multimedia and data,so that users can use a unified platform for free and efficient communication,which is convenient for users and enriches their experience.With the development of information technology,the demand of private network users for communication means and communication services types is more and more diverse,and the demand for unified communication is more and more urgent.According to the features of private network,this paper puts forward the overall architecture and main processing flow of introducing unified communication service platform into private network,and introduces a typical application of a unified communication service platform based on this platform architecture.Practice indicates that the unified communication service platform has good openness and scalability,and can quickly introduce and provide unified communication services in private networks.
