知识产权保护水平对数字产品出口影响的实证分析

摘　　要：基于2010—2019年47个经济体跨国面板数据,实证检验知识产权保护水平对数字产品出口的影响。研究结果表明:知识产权保护水平的提升对数字产品出口具有显著的促进作用;通过OECD和非OECD国家分组回归发现,知识产权保护水平的提升显著促进了OECD国家数字产品出口,而对非OECD国家的正向影响不显著;细分数字产品出口回归发现,知识产权保护水平的提升显著促进了ICT服务和其他商业服务的数字产品出口,对金融服务、个人文娱服务、知识产权服务的正向影响不显著。Based on the transnational panel data of 47 economies from 2010 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the impact of intellectual property protection level on digital products export.The results show that the improvement of intellectual property protection can significantly promote digital products export.Through the grouped regression of OECD and non-OECD countries,it is found that the improvement of intellectual property protection significantly promotes the export of digital products in OECD countries,while the positive impact on non-OECD countries is not significant.The regression of subdivided digital product exports shows that the improvement of intellectual property protection has significantly promoted the digital products export of ICT services and other commercial services,and has no significant positive impact on financial services,personal entertainment services,and intellectual property services.
