摘　　要：贵阳卷烟厂卷包车间PROTOS-70卷接机长期处于运转状态,一段时间后搓接轮、搓板及刮烟板会产生磨损,位置精度不能满足产品的品质要求。由于搓接系统所在位置的空间局促,调整费时费工,极其不便。为了改变这一现状,在搓板刮烟板处加装调整螺钉,并改变测量量棒的结构,使其调整方便、准确,提高了设备的有效作业率和产品的优质率。The PROTOS-70 cigarette(making)machine in the rolling workshop of Guiyang Cigarette Factory has been in operation for a long time.After a period of time,the rubbing wheel,the rubbing plate and the cigarette scraper will wear out,and the position accuracy cannot meet the product quality requirements.Due to the limited space at the location of the rubbing system,the adjustment is time-consuming and labor-intensive,which is extremely inconvenient.In order to change this situation,an adjustment screw was installed at the cigarette scraper of rubbing plate and the structure of the measuring bar was changed to make the adjustment convenient and accurate,which improved the effective operation rate of the equipment and the high-quality product rate of the product.
