摘　　要：为了解决现有的开式齿轮润滑方式效率不高且浪费较大的问题,设计了一种开式齿轮自动抹油润滑系统。介绍了该系统的组成结构和工作原理,该系统可实现对出油量精确控制,提高了润滑系统的工作稳定性,降低了系统成本,提高了整个开式齿轮传动装置的稳定性。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and large waste of the existing open gear lubrication methods,an automatic oil lubrication system for open gears is designed.The composition structure and working principle of the system are introduced.The system can realize the accurate control of oil output,improve the working stability of the lubrication system,reduce the system cost and improve the stability of the whole open gear transmission device.
