摘　　要：介绍了齐齐哈尔市水资源基本概况,采用GPRS模块实现远程水资源数据监控的系统,对用水户的取水流量、水量及取水过程进行实时监测,实现水资源高效利用。It introduces the basic overview of water resources in Qiqihar city,and uses GPRS module to realize the system of remote water resources data monitoring,which can monitor the water intake flow,water quantity and water intake process of water users in real time and realize the efficient use of water resources.
