摘　　要：板坯加热炉炉内烧嘴和各段的区分只是从功能上和烧嘴控制上进行的概念性区分,炉堂内部并没有隔断及避火墙等设施,烧嘴产生的热量在炉内是共享的,通常很难计算每一支板坯的消耗量,通过所设计的计算模型,可以精确地计算出炉内每支板坯从进炉开始到出炉的精准能耗量,从而为轧钢厂能源管理及成本分析管理提供有力的数据支撑。The distinction between the burner and each section in the slab reheating furnace is only a conceptual distinction in terms of function and burner control.There is no partition and firewall protection facilities in the furnace hall.The heat generated by the burner is shared in the furnace,and it is usually difficult to calculate the consumption of each slab.It can accurately calculate the precise energy consumption of each slab from the beginning of the furnace to the furnace,so as to provide powerful data support for energy management and cost analysis management of rolling mills.
