摘　　要：对太原锅炉集团有限公司生产的电站高压锅炉锅筒的制造,主要从材质、卷制、焊接等方面,结合生产实践,分析对比不同工艺设计方案、技术和工艺参数特点,选出最佳工艺设计方案和技术参数,为由工业锅炉向电站锅炉转型发展的锅炉制造企业提供有一定价值的参考。The manufacturing process of power station high-pressure boiler barrel produced by Taiyuan Boiler Group Co.,Ltd.is introduced,mainly from the aspects of material,coiling and welding,combined with production practice,analysis and comparison of different process design solutions,technology and process parameters characteristics,to select the best process design solutions and technical parameters,to provide some valuable reference for boiler manufacturing enterprises in transition from industrial boilers to power station boilers.
