摘　　要：介绍了汽车发动机机油冷却器渗油的失效背景,分析了机油冷却器的渗油原因,研究了机油冷却器底板强度、密封面的粗糙度、平面度和固定螺栓等相关因素对密封的影响,提供了失效原因及对应的解决方案,为密封面密封失效分析提供一定的参考方向。This paper describes the failure background of the automobile engine oil cooler,and analyzes the failure principle of the oil cooler leakage.Through the failure detection and failure reproduction,to analysis bottom plate strength,the roughness,flatness of the sealing surface,bolt size and so on that maybe lead to the leakage is briefly described.In this paper,the failure causes and corresponding solutions are provided through the analysis of the oil leakage problem.
