摘　　要：针对360 m^(2)烧结机机头电除尘器在生产运行过程中出现的问题提出了改造方式,在不影响生产的情况下采用高压脉冲电源、粉尘预荷电、声波清灰等方式进行了全系统升级处理,通过这样的技术改造后,烧结机除尘效果运行明显好于改造前,对同类冶金企业烧结机电除尘器改造具有重要的参考价值和借鉴作用。This paper proposes a transformation method for the problems that occur in the production and operation of the electrostatic precipitator at the head of the 360 m^(2) sintering machine.The whole system has been upgraded by means of pulse power supply,dust pre-charging,and sonic cleaning.After such technical transformation,the dust removal effect of the sintering machine is obviously better than that before the transformation,which is of great significance to the transformation of the sintering electromechanical dust collector in similar metallurgical enterprises.
