摘  要:某热力公司现有150 t/h用于发电的蒸汽锅炉,蒸汽减温方式为面式减温。由于实际运行中存在面式减温调节响应时间长,减温水量大等缺陷,故将面式减温器改造为喷水式减温器。因锅炉房面积有限,将原有面式减温管路进行改造,在充分利旧及节省空间的前提下,增加喷水减温器、喷水管路及集箱等部件,满足锅炉正常运行。A heat power company has a 150 t/h steam boiler for power generation,and the steam desuperheating method is face-type desuperheating.Due to the actual operation of the face-type desuperheating adjustment response time is long,desuperheating water and other defects,so the face-type desuperheater will be transformed into a water jet desuperheater.Due to the limited area of the boiler room,the original surface type desuperheater piping was modified,and the water jet desuperheater,water jet piping and collection box were added to meet the normal operation of the boiler under the premise of fully utilizing the old and saving space.
