摘　　要：某电厂两台CFB锅炉配套10台四分仓膜式冷渣机,在投运初期多次发生泄漏,后通过泄漏规律,找到泄漏原因进行了治理,后期又因冷渣机颤动导致水封接头软连接多次开裂漏水,支撑滚圈磨损严重等问题,经过了治理,保证冷渣机能长周期安全稳定运行。对围绕冷渣机泄漏及颤动原因进行分析,制定出解决措施及预防措施。通过研究,可为同类型冷渣机的设计、安装、运行、维护提供参考。Two CFB boilers in a power plant are equipped with 10 four compartment membrane slag coolers.In the early stage of operation,there are many leaks.Then,through the leakage law,the leakage cause is found and treated.In the later stage,the soft connection of water seal joint is cracked and leaked for many times due to the vibration of slag cooler,and the support roller is seriously worn.After treatment,the slag cooler can ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of slag cooler.This paper will analyze the causes of leakage and vibration of slag cooler,and formulate solutions and preventive measures.The research of this paper can provide reference for the design,installation,operation and maintenance of the same type of slag cooler.
