Experimental Study of Up-to-standard Discharge of Total Nickel and Total Phosphorus in Electroless Nickel-plating Wastewater

摘  要:化学镀镍废水中主要含有镍(镍盐络合物)、磷和极其少量的表面活性剂、有机物等,普通的破络合处理方法往往无法实现∶达标排放。文章以秦皇岛某电子公司化学镀镍废水为研究对象,通过芬顿氧化破络试验探讨了不同条件下的除镍及除磷效果。研究表明,在p H值为2.5—3时,双氧水与硫酸亚铁投加质量比为11,投加浓度为20倍水中还原性污染物浓度,反应60min时,一级沉淀p H值在5.0、二级沉淀p H值在11.0,可有效去除水中的总镍(TNi)及总磷(TP),出水TNi、TP可达《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900—2008)中表3的排放限值。Electroless nickel-plating wastewater mainly contains nickel(nickel complex), phosphorus and a small amount of surfactant, organic matters, etc., so the common treatment methods for breaking the complex are often unable to achieve up-to-standard discharge. Taking electroless nickel-plating wastewater from an electronics company in Qinhuangdao as the research object, this paper explored the removal of nickel an∶d phosphorus under different conditions through the Fenton oxidation test for breaking the complex. The results showed that when pH=2.5-3, the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to ferrous sulfate was 11, the concentration was 20 times the concentration of reductive pollutants in water, and the reaction time was 60min, the primary precipitation had a pH value of 5.0, and the secondary precipitation had a PH value of 11.0;thereby the TNi and TP in water could be effectively removed, and the TNi and TP indicators in effluent could reach the emission limits in Table 3 of the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900—2008).
