摘  要:文章对山东某项目、山西某项目、河北某项目三个项目除尘用滤袋进行了对比分析,分析了其在机械性能、材质、粉尘拦截效果等方面的变化情况。结果表明:燃煤锅炉用滤袋中掺杂的常温纤维在高温、腐蚀性工况下应用效果不佳,滤袋使用寿命不及预期,而聚苯硫醚(PPS)滤袋、PPS与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)混纺滤袋能够很好适应燃煤锅炉的使用要求,确保颗粒物排放浓度达到标准要求。This paper compared and analyzed the filter bags used in three projects(NJ project in Shandong, DT project in Shanxi and JZ project in Hebei), and analyzed the changes of mechanical properties, materials and textures, dust interception effect and other aspects. The analysis results showed that the application effect of the room-temperature fibers doped in the filter bag for coalfired boiler had unsatisfactory effect under high temperature and corrosive conditions, and the service life was not as long as expected, while the PPS filter bag, PPS and PTFE blended filter bag could well adapt to the use requirements of coal-fired boiler and ensure the up-to-standard concentration of particulate matter emissions.
