城乡融合视域下的农村公共服务系统耦合协调的分异研究--以云南省22个县市数据为例

摘　　要：本文根据城乡融合观思想以及乡村振兴和城乡融合发展的实践,设计了农村公共服务体系和城乡融合发展体系的耦合机制,以云南省22个县市的横截面数据为例,对城乡融合发展的耦合度和耦合协调度进行了评价分析。研究表明:农村公共服务体系和城乡融合之间的耦合度和耦合协调度与区域经济发展水平之间存在不同维度的协调分异;同时,相对于较高的耦合度,农村公共服务体系和城乡融合之间的耦合协调度明显较低,不同发达程度地区之间确实存在均值差异小,且各地区在极差上的差异也相对较小;由于耦合可以在较低的协调层次上形成,相对于耦合度,政策导向应该更加强调耦合协调度,应因地制宜的发展农村公共服务设施。Based on the idea of urban-rural integration concept and the domestic and international practice of rural revitalization,this paper designs the coupling mechanism of rural public service system and urban-rural integration development system,and adopts coupling coordination model analysis,and evaluates and analyzes the coupling coordination degree of urban-rural integration development with the cross-sectional data of 22 counties in Yunnan Province.The study shows that the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree between rural public service system and urban-rural integration are not necessarily related to the regional economic development level.Compared to the higher coupling degree,the coupling coordination degree between rural public service system and urban-rural integration is significantly lower,and there are indeed differences in mean values between regions with different degrees of development but the differences are relatively small,and the differences in extreme differences between regions are also relatively small.Since coupling can be formed at a lower level of coordination,policy orientation should place more emphasis on the degree of coupling coordination relative to the degree of coupling,and rural public service facilities should be developed according to local conditions.
