摘　　要：随着国家不断加快能源建设,油气资源勘探开发不断向深井、超深井和高温高压井发展,对勘探开发用工具的要求越来越高,耐高温高压固井工具成为世界各大石油公司主要研发方向。本文针对耐高温高压固井工具螺纹加工中的常见问题进行了分析和探讨,提出了加工中的注意事项以及解决办法,为耐高温高压固井工具螺纹加工批量化生产提供了技术支撑。With the acceleration of national energy construction,the exploration and development of oil and gas resources is extending towards deep wells,ultra-deep wells,high-temperature and high-pressure wells,there are increasing requirements on metal parts of exploration tools.High-temperature and high-pressure cementing tools become the main research and development direction of oil companies in the world.The problems and solutions encountered in tapping processing of high temperature and high pressure cementing tools is analyzed and discussed,the attentive matters are mentioned and the solutions are put forwards,which provide a technical support for mass production of tapping processing of high temperature and high pressure cementing tools.
