摘 要:为解决宁夏某煤矿矿井水双膜法深度处理工艺中反渗透系统浓水侧结垢严重、进口阻垢剂成本高昂、运营成本倍增等问题,研制出适用于高硬度、高碱度、高矿化度矿井污水的反渗透阻垢剂JC-660,采用静态试验、动态模拟试验、现场应用测试JC-660的阻垢性能。结果表明,反渗透阻垢剂JC-660性能优异,可实现98.44%的高阻垢率,高于国外某进口品牌阻垢剂的11倍浓缩液(98.31%)和8倍浓缩液(98.33%)的阻垢率。且该阻垢剂在一定程度上缩小了企业经营成本,提高了企业生产运行稳定性。There are several problems such as serious scale formation in concentrated water side of reverse osmosis system,high cost of imported scale inhibitor,high operation cost in the advanced treatment process of double-film method of mine water in Ningxia Province.To solve these problems,a reverse osmosis( RO) scale inhibitor JC-660 was developed,which was suitable for mine wastewater of high hardness,high alkalinity and high salinity.Static test,dynamic simulation test and field application were used to test the scale inhibition performance of JC-660.Results showed that JC-660 had excellent performance and could achieve a high scale inhibition rate of 98.44%,which was higher than a foreign brand scale inhibitor with 11 times(98.31%) and 8 times(98.33%) of concentrated solution.And JC-660 could reduce the operating cost of enterprises to a certain extent and improve the stability of production and operation.
