摘 要:云南某污水处理厂处理规模为3.0万m^(3)/d,需在新增较少用地情况下进行提标改造,实现出水水质和处理水量双提升。针对现有主体间歇式循环延时曝气活性污泥法(ICEAS)工艺处理效果有限的情况,通过多方案比选,将其改造为“改良ICEAS+MBBR”工艺,挖潜其处理能力并强化生化段对COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TN和TP等污染物的去除。通过中试试验和工程实例表明,改造后的工艺处理日均水量可提高17%,部分出水水质可由一级A标准提高至Ⅳ类标准,本工程仅新增占地面积为84m^(2)的碳源加药间,即可实现高标准污水厂提标改造。本工程新增运营成本为0.22元/m^(3),改造后单位经营成本为1.05元/m^(3)。本项目旨在为同类污水处理工程提供参考。The total treatment scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) in Yunnan Province is 3.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,which needs to take upgrading and reconstruction with adding less new land,so as to realize the dual-upgrading of effluent quality and treatment capacity.In view of the limited treatment effect of the existing ICEAS process,multi schemes are compared and selected." Modified ICEAS+MBBR" process is chosen to strengthen the removal effect of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP in the biochemical section and improved treatment capacity.The pilot-scale test and engineering example show that the treated water volume can be increased by 17%,and part of the effluent water quality can be improved from first class A criteria to class Ⅳ criteria after upgrading and reconstruction.Only an area of 84 m^(2) of new added carbon source dosing room is required to complete the upgrading and reconstruction of high standard WWTP.The newly increased operating cost is 0.22 yuan/m^(3),and the unit operating cost after transformation is 1.05yuan/m^(3).The results of this study could be references for engineering practice and treatment of similar wastewaters.
