摘  要:在连续酯化合成乙酸正丙酯的工艺中,酯化釜内酯化反应与塔中脱酸脱水的平衡,对产品收率、能耗,以及整个工艺的稳定至关重要。研究发现,改善连续进料的分散程度,延长其在釜液中的停留时间,可加快酯化反应速率。在合适的连续进料空速下,维持连续进料中正丙醇与乙酸摩尔比为1.02,可确保酯化反应速率与塔分离速率的平衡,整个工艺系统在高效状态下可维持更长时间的稳定。In the continuous synthesis process of n-propyl acetate,the chemical and phase equilibrium in the reactive system was complicated and significant for improving productive efficiency,energy consumption and the stable of the whole process.The results indicated that the dispersion of the continuous feed was beneficial to accelerate the esterification reaction,as well as the extension of residence time.In a suitable weight hourly space velocities,the entire synthesis process would be kept stable for a long time,when the mole ratio of n-propyl alcohol to acetate in the continuous feed was 1.02.
