摘 要:2,2′-联吡啶作为一个常见的双齿配体,在医药、农药中间体的制备方面有广泛的应用,具有重要的工业和科研价值,市场前景广阔,但是,因其常规制备方法下操作危险、对环境污染严重而难以大规模生产。本文采用雷尼镍催化剂催化合成2,2′-联吡啶,工艺清洁环保,操作过程简单,并且反应过程中所有溶剂均可循环使用,对环境污染小,可以达到环保生产的要求,相较于传统方法具有较为明显的优势,适合工业化生产。As a common bidentate ligand,2,2′-bipyridine has a wide range of applications in the preparation of pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates,has important industrial and scientific value and a broad market prospect.However,it is difficult to produce 2,2′-bipyridine on a large scale because of its dangerous operation and serious environmental pollution under conventional preparation methods.2,2′-bipyridine was synthesized by Raney nickel catalyst.The process is clean and environmental protection,the operation process is simple,and all solvents in the reaction process can be recyclably used,and the environmental pollution is small,which can meet with the requirements of environmental protection production.It has obvious advantages compared with traditional methods and is suitable for industrial production.
