摘  要:为了加强对应急救援直升机运行过程中的安全管理,降低应急救援直升机发生事故的概率,本研究采用事故树模型和贝叶斯网络分析方法对应急救援直升机事故致因进行了定性和定量分析。研究发现导致应急救援直升机发生事故的主要因素包括:飞行员技术差错、夜间飞行、有雾天气飞行及决策差错和习惯性违规。最后根据主要事故致因提出相关应对措施,对相关职能部门应加强安全管理,明确风险管控的重点,对预防和减少应急救援直升机事故的发生具有一定的参考意义和价值。In order to strengthen the safety management during the operation of emergency rescue helicopters and reduce the probability of accidents of emergency rescue helicopters,the accident tree model and Bayesian network analysis method are used to analyze and study the causes of emergency rescue helicopter accidents qualitatively and quantitatively.The study found that the main causes of emergency rescue helicopter accidents were pilot technical errors,night flight,foggy weather flight,decision-making errors,and habitual violations.Finally,relevant measures were put forward based on the main cause of the accident to facilitate relevant functional departments to strengthen safety management and clarify risks.The focus of management and control has certain reference significance and value for preventing and reducing the occurrence of emergency rescue helicopter accidents.
