气象要素对荆门市防疫设施储备中心选址布局的分析探索

摘　　要：利用2011—2020年荆门国家地面气象观测站风向、风速、降水、日照气象观测数据,分析荆门气象特征,并结合荆门市城市格局现状和国土空间规划,研究其对防疫设施储备中心选址布局的影响。风向方面,选址区域应位于城市东侧,常年静风的上风向;风速方面,选址区域应位于周边尤其是北部有物理阻隔的区域;降水方面,选址区域应位于地势较高、交通便利、排水条件良好的区域;日照方面,确定选址区域内部的功能分区和建筑间距。综合考虑以上4种气象要素,制定选址区域内部的交通组织、平面布局、管网结构、场地设置等规划原则。Meteorological features were analyzed by wind direction,wind velocity,precipitation,insolation of Jingmen from 2011 to 2020.The influence of site layout planning in epidemic prevention reserve center was studied connecting with the urban pattern and territorial spatial planning.In terms of wind direction,the site selection area should be located on the east side of the city,with the upwind direction of the perennial calm wind;in terms of wind speed,the site selection area should be located in the surrounding area,especially in the area with physical barriers in the north;in terms of precipitation,the site selection area should be located in a high terrain,traffic Areas with convenient and good drainage conditions;in terms of sunshine,determine the functional divisions and building spacing within the site selection area.Taking into account the above four meteorological elements,the traffic organization,planar configuration,pipe network structure,field setting of the site selection were formulated synthesis.
