摘  要:城市生活垃圾收运的合理化,有利于完善生活垃圾收运制度,促进城市环境保护与可持续发展。基于Anylogic软件构建城市生活垃圾收运系统仿真模型,对其运行情况进行仿真分析并发现问题;以提高系统效率、降低运作成本为目标,构建基于时间窗的VPR模型,通过模型求解出生活垃圾收运优化方案;并对优化后的系统进行仿真,验证其可行性和有效性。以武汉市杨园街道生活垃圾收运系统为例,通过现状仿真,发现其存在收集线路不合理、系统总运行时间过长、车辆利用率较低等问题;通过构建基于时间窗的VRP模型,提出优化方案;对优化后的系统进行仿真,研究结果表明:优化后的系统每天收集线路距离减少了15.64 km,平均运行时间减少了176 min,转运车辆利用率提高了近20%,系统日平均运行成本降低了990.73元,优化效果显著。The rationalization of the municipal solid waste collection and transportation is conducive to perfect the system,facilitating urban environmental conservation and sustainable development.The simulation model of MSW collection and transportation system is built based on Anylogic software.The running situation is simulated and analyzed so that the problems are found.To improve system efficiency and reduce operating costs,by constructing the VPR model based on time window,the optimization scheme of the system is proposed.The optimized system is simulated again to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.Taking Yangyuan Street in Wuhan city as an example,through the simulation,there are many problems to solve,such as the incorrectness of collection line,the long total running time,and the low rate of the vehicle utilization.The optimization scheme is proposed through VRP model based on time window.And simulation results of the optimized system show that the collection line distance of the optimized system is reduced by 15.64km per day,the average running time is reduced by 176 minutes,the utilization rate of transfer vehicles is increased by nearly 20%,and the mean daily running cost is reduced by 990.73 yuan.The optimization effect is remarkable.
